At Viral Media by SociallyRise, we strive to provide high-quality digital services to our customers. Due to the nature of our services, we have a strict no-refund policy in place.

1. No Refunds on Digital Services

Since our services involve digital marketing, content creation, and social media growth strategies, we do not offer refunds once a service has been initiated or delivered.

2. Exceptions (Only Considered Under Special Circumstances)

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • If we are unable to deliver the agreed service within the promised timeframe.

  • If the service provided is significantly different from what was outlined in our agreement.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@sociallyrise.com within 48 hours of the service completion. Approval is at our sole discretion.

3. Non-Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will NOT be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Change of Mind – Once the order is confirmed, cancellation is not allowed.

  • Failure to Provide Required Information – If the client fails to provide necessary details for service completion.

  • Lack of Engagement – If a client does not respond to communications but the service has been initiated.

  • Dissatisfaction Due to Unrealistic Expectations – Our strategies are designed for long-term success, and results may vary based on multiple factors.

4. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

Any attempt to issue a chargeback or payment dispute after the service has been rendered will be considered fraudulent. We reserve the right to take necessary actions, including legal action, against any false claims.
